MPM and I got banned from there because we like to talk to some very undesirable characters ...or maybe we were the undesirable characters, I forget... lol

It's just a voice over IP chat thing that they did up to seem like a radio, complete with static and "propagation".

I use it to tune into various things such as your stuff on 3730 and the shenanigans I've yet to hear but have heard about on 14275

Yup, but there's a few better ones, they run websdr.

I hope to have something similar online in the near future, if I ever get around to building the board.
